Rules allow you to analyze your data more closely and the way most meaningful to you.
Filtering survey results help you to focus on a specific subset of your data based on certain criteria that you define. For example, you can filter by Collector to view only the responses to the survey using a specific collector. Or you can filter by Completeness to view only those complete responses you received.
When creating your survey, think about how you want the results to be filtered. Make sure to include a question in your survey that will allow you to filter by a specific group if you want to view responses by group.

Collector | View only responses which are collected by a certain collector. |
Completeness | This will allow you to view responses based on their completeness status, partial, completed and etc. |
Time Period | Specify a time period to see who responded with that time period. |

How Filters Work
Filter Logic
One filter rule uses OR logic. This means that the responses that fit at least one of the filters will be shown. For example, if you use the filter by Collector and you selected 2 collector types which is Email Invitation and Web Link, the filter will show the responses collected either from Email Invitation OR Web Link.
If you want to view all the collector types except for one, you can create a NOT rule by selecting all the collectors except for the one you want to exclude.
Managing Filters
In the Current View section in the left sidebar, under the Filter tab, click Applied Rules to see the applied and currently active filter rules.
Click the next to the active rule to unapply or delete it.
