Having problems with verification?
If you are having problems with verification, you will have to check if your Surview email address account is incorrect, your email address may contain a typo error, the email address is being used by someone else, or you might be using an invalid or inactive email address.
You did not receive the verification email?
If you have access to your Surview email address account, but you’re not receiving the verification email, the email might be in your junk or spam folder.
The email subject is “Welcome to Surview – Your Online Survey Tool” and is sent from [email protected]. By whitelisting our details you can add us to your list of safe senders. If you are not sure how to whitelist, simply pass this info to your IT department.
You cannot retrieve your email address?
If you are not able to retrieve your email address account, it’s either because:
- you’re using other people’s email address or account within your company.
- your email is a no-reply email address type.
- you’re using an exclusive email address that can’t receive emails from other external networks, etc.
Surview’s recommendations:
- Contact the person who owns the email address account, they have to forward the verification email to you to open the verification link.
- Use an active and valid email address that you have access to.
- For the internal email addresses you may contact your IT department to grant you access for your internal email address in order to receive emails from Surview.
