Why do surveys time out or not completely loading a page?

A survey design with a lot of long questions, answer choices or images on a single page can cause problems in loading time.

When this happens, we suggest you to do the following solutions:

• Split the survey into separate pages.
• Keep the Matrix / Rating Scale or Multiple Choice questions small with less than 50 answer choices.
