Survey Management

Organize and manage your surveys in the All Surveys section of your Dashboard.

Survey Management includes the following actions:

Action Description
DESIGN ICON - SURVEY MANAGEMENT Will bring you to the Design Survey section of the survey.
COLLECT ICON Will bring you to the Collect Responses section of the survey.
ANALYZE ICON Will bring you to the Analyze Results section of the survey.
SHARE ICON To share the survey with other Surview users.
Clone Survey Allows you to make a copy of an existing survey with ease. Cloning will not clone the responses collected for this survey.
Send a Copy Send a copy of this survey to another Surview user, everything will be sent (pages, questions, logic information, etc.) except responses collected for this survey.
Transfer Survey WARNING: This will delete the survey from your list and transfer everything from you to other user including responses you collected for this survey.
Create Template This will keep this survey and make a template of this survey as well.
Clear Responses WARNING: This will clear all responses collected for this survey so far.
Delete Survey WARNING: This will delete the survey from your list and this action is undoable.

Manage Folders

Use Folders to arrange surveys for easy access.

Modified Date

Surveys are sorted by the last modified date by default, with the most recently modified survey at the top. To sort the surveys from oldest to newest or vice versa, click the Modified column header.

Survey can be modified by the following actions:

  1. The survey has been edited in the Design Survey tab.
  2. A new response has been submitted by a new respondent.

The date each survey was created can be viewed under the title of the survey.

Responses

You can view the number of the responses collected in the Responses Column. Click the response count and you will be redirected to the Analyze Results section.

You can search the survey by survey title or nickname in the Search bar but you cannot search survey contents and responses.
