Survey Introduction Page is very important in every survey. It serves as a welcome page to the respondents and must include information that should answer any questions they may have about the purpose of the survey you are conducting.

Introductions should be clear, simple and it should drive a call to action to complete the survey and avoid partial responses.

To add a Survey Introduction Page:

1. Go to the Design Survey tab.
2. From the Builder, add an Intro Page.
3. Click the Page Title to edit the default “Welcome to My Survey” message. Then click Save.
4. From the Builder, add Text and click Edit to enter the introductory message. Then click Save.
