How do I sign-up for a Free Plan?

Go to our plans & pricing page. You will see all of Surview’s plan options. Click the Sign Up button associated with the Free Account or click here to sign up.

What features are available on a Free Plan?

With Surview’s free plan you can create and send as many surveys and polls as you need. Click here for the complete details.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Contact our sales team any time at [email protected] or 055 558 6803.

Can I delete or deactivate my account?

No. Deletion and deactivation can only be done by Surview team upon client’s request.

Can I import the surveys I have created from other survey platforms?

We do not have a tool to import a survey directly from another survey tool into Surview. However, you can quickly rebuild your surveys by copying and pasting your questions and answers into Surview’s platform.

Does Surview offer pre-built sets of question and answer options?

Surview’s team have prepared hundreds of ready-made questions with suggested answer choices. To take advantage of our library, check our Question Bank for more information.

 

Can I pay on a month-to-month basis?

Yes, Surview Account subscriptions can be purchased monthly or annually. When you subscribe to our paid plans, you will see the option to select either a monthly or annual subscription.

Can I turn off question numbering?

You can turn question numbering on or off on the survey options in the Design Survey. Turning question numbers off will hide the question numbers from your respondents’ view of the survey.

Can respondents save a survey part way through, return to it later and make changes?

Yes. If the response editing is enable to “On, always” the survey responses are being saved automatically your respondents are allowed to change their responses even they have already completed the survey. Otherwise, you if you choose to restrict your respondents in amending their responses, you can disable this option too.

Can I change the font size in my surveys?

As a survey author, you can change the font size in the following elements:

Survey Title, Page Title, Page Description, Progress Bar Font Size, Question texts, Answer choices, Exit Link, and Error message. Click Custom Theme for more details.

How is Surview billed?

Surview fees can be billed monthly or annually at an amount that is based on your plan preferences.

Can I collect data offline?

Yes. Our survey app works offline, meaning you can collect data with or without an internet connection.

Can I add documents to my survey for my respondents to view or comment on?

Yes.  You can upload files that are below 16Mb in size and within a range of allowed formats indicated next to the Allowable File Types in the instructions for Respondents row.

What file formats are available when exporting response results?

When exporting your results, you can choose from three different formats:

Microsoft Excel 2003 and older (.xls)
Comma Separated Values (.csv)
Portable Document Format (.pdf)
Microsoft Word (.doc)
This option is available only on our paid plans.

How do I copy a survey?

To copy a survey:

On your Dashboard, find the survey that you want to copy and click Survey Options. Click Clone Survey to make a copy of an existing survey. Survey responses will not be copied in this option.

Can I edit an open survey?

Yes, you can still modify a live survey. May it be to correct an error or add information and as long as the survey structure remains the same.
