Sometimes all you need is just one person’s response or data of an individual question.

To export a summary of an individual question:

1. Go to the Analyze Results tab.
2. Find the specific question you wish to export the data.
3. Click Export at the top-right of a question.
4. Choose from the following export types:
   • Question summary data
   • Question chart only
5. Exported files will be automatically downloaded to your computer in PDF format.

To export all the raw data of an individual question, export your results with a Show rule applied:

1. Go to the Analyze Results tab.
2. On the left sidebar, click +Show.
3. Choose to the question you want to include in Show rule.
4. Click Apply. Only the selected question will show in the results summary.
5. Locate the Export section on left sidebar.
6. Click Export PDF and select All summary data.
7. Exported files will be automatically downloaded to your computer in PDF format.
