To exclude respondents who skipped questions, create a Filter by Question and Answer with every answer option to that question included as the filter criteria. With this, only respondents that answered the question will be included in the filtered view.

Any respondent who did not choose the answer to the question will be excluded from that view.

When a filter is used, only the responses that meet the specified filter criteria will be shown in the response summary.
