Display Options

Display options enable you to polish the way your data displays in a chart or table.

Chart Display Options

To further customize the appearance of the summary charts, we offer the following display options:

Show:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results tab.
  2. Click the Question Summaries.
  3. Then click CHART TYPES CUSTOMIZE on the upper right of the question.
  4. Tick or untick the checkbox to Show or Hide the visual Charts.
  5. Tick or untick the checkbox to Show or Hide the Data in Chart; for example, labels on the bar chart with the response count or percentage it represents.
  6. Use the checkbox to Show or Hide the Data Table.
  7. Tick or untick the checkbox to Show or Hide the Zero-response answer choices; for example, if some answers received zero responses, hide those answer choices from the chart for a cleaner look.
  8. Enable the Basic Statistics to show the minimum, maximum, mean, median, and standard deviation below the question chart in a separate data table.
  9. Tick the box beside Statistical Significance to display statistically significant differences in the data table below the question chart.

Display Options Show

Data Format:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results tab.
  2. Click the Question Summaries.
  3. Then click CHART TYPES CUSTOMIZE on the upper right of the question.
  4. Enable Depth to display in chart the average or weighted average, or chart the distribution of answer choices.
  5. Switch the Axis scale from showing the absolute response counts, to the response percentages, and vice versa.
  6. Edit the Min and Max axis values for the chart—the minimum value cannot be greater than the lowest value in the chart and the maximum value cannot be lower than the highest value in the chart.
  7. You set the Decimal places from 0, 0.0, 0.00
  8. To show chart Labels specifically for pie or donut charts.
  9. Swap the rows and columns in the data table of Ranking and  Matrix/Rating Scale  question when Depth is set as Distribution.
  10. Click Save.
