Add Recipients to Email Invitations

Add recipients to email invitations via CSV, GMail, Outlook or manually import your file. You can also type in your recipients’ email addresses directly in the Send To section. Separate individual fields for each contact with a comma. Each contact should be separated by a line break.

  3. Choose an option if a contact already exists in your Contacts:
    • Update contact information – to change or replace the old contact information with the new import.
    • Ignore import information – the contact information you already have will stay as it is.
  4.  Name the group (the email addresses will be stored in your Contacts).
  5. Click Add.

Import Methods

Add recipients to email invitations using the following import methods:

  1. CSV import – Import contacts with a comma separated value (CSV) file. Separate individual fields for each contact with a comma. Each contact should be separated by a line break.
  2. Gmail Import – Import from Gmail selects all contacts. To add only some of your contacts, go to your Gmail account and export the contacts you want as a CSV file, and then import the file.
  3. Outlook Import – Import from Outlook.com selects all contacts. To add only some of your contacts, go to your Outlook.com account and export the contacts you want as a CSV file, and then import the file.
  4. Manual Import – Copy and paste or type in contacts. Separate individual fields for each contact with a comma. Each contact should be separated by a line break.

Imported contacts will be grouped based on the import method you used. If you want to organize your contact list, we suggest that you use CSV import where you can manually list the contacts you want to be included in the group. Create groups and rename them in every import.
