After you’ve designed and checked your survey, choose one from many collectors available to send out your survey and collect responses. You can view and monitor the collected responses in the Analyze Responses tab.
The collectors being used can be managed from your collector list.

Ways to collect responses and its definition:

| Create custom email invitations and track who responds. Send follow up reminders to those who haven’t responded. | |
| Web Link | Share a web link via your email, post to social media or on your website. This option is most anonymous. |

| Offline Surveys | No internet – no problem. Now you can collect field or offline responses with our mobile app. |
| Web Embed | Embed your survey on your website or a link to your survey in a popup window. |
| Mobile Embed | Integrate your surveys and responses directly in your mobile app for customer feedback about their in-app experience. |
| Manually | Manually enter responses to your survey. Ideal for entering responses offline. |
| Phone Surveys | Let us speak for you and collect your customer feedback based on your survey which you create in Surview. |
| WhatsApp Surveys | Send a survey invite or link to all your WhatsApp contacts at once via Surview WhatsApp collector. |
Collecting Responses with Multiple Collectors
Each collector type have different sets of settings that’s why they work differently. These settings control who can access your survey, how many times respondents the surveys can be taken and what they can see upon survey completion.
To access the collector settings, go to the Collect Responses tab and click the collector’s name.
Managing Your Collectors
To manage the collectors you use in a survey, go to Collect Responses tab to see the list of collectors used. Click 
next to the collector to see the following options:
| Option | Description |
| Close Collector | This option will close the collector and the respondents cannot take your survey. They will see your Closed Message. |
| Edit Collector | You can edit the settings for a specific collector based on your preference. |
| Rename Collector | You can change the name of the collector to organize your surveys. This option is private, so your respondents cannot see it. |
| Delete Collector | This option will permanently delete the collector from the survey. The responses collected with the collector will also be deleted. |
