The order of responses when you view in Individual Responses tab is by the last date and time you or the respondent modified. Every time you or the respondent edits a response, the order of the responses is being updated. For example, the survey has 100 responses, if you modify the response for Respondent #1, the order of that response will be updated as Respondent #100.

However, when you export the responses data in XLS, XLSX or SPSS format, responses in the spreadsheet are ordered by the start date. This order won’t change even if someone modifies a response.

To match your spreadsheet with the order of responses in the Analyze Results section, sort your spreadsheet by the EndDate column so that the results will be displayed from the earliest modified date/time to the latest modified date/time.
