The Sender email address is the contact information through which respondents will receive a survey invite and what the respondents can see in the From field of your email invitations.
No verification needed for the sender’s email address.
To change the sender email address:
1. Go to Collect Responses tab.
2. Select the Email Collector you want to change the sender’s email address.
3. Click Options in the Overview tab.
4. Select Sender Email Address.
5. Click Change below the current email address.
6. Enter the new email address in the Email Address field. Then click Change.
7. Your changes will be saved automatically.
