Working with Other Accounts

Your Surview Password and Email
Do not share your account password. You are the only one who should know your password. If you suspect that someone is accessing your account without your permission, change password instantly.
To create an excellent and hard to guess password, the password must include “More than 8 characters and numbers, Upper and lower case letters, and special characters”. Try to not use (Names, Birthdays, common and known dates)
Avoid using the Same Password for other Websites
Refrain from using the same password for all websites, apps and online services that you are using. Since it’s hard to remember all of your passwords and you should never write them down, start using a password manager to handle all your passwords safely.
Securing your Email Account
Aside from securing your account password, you also must secure your email account. If someone accesses your email account (such as Gmail, Yahoo!, or Outlook), they can reset your email password and access other online accounts, including your Surview Account. However, you can secure your account by adding an active mobile number to your email account and activate the security settings of where a code will be sent to your registered mobile number upon log in.
