Renew, Cancel or Delete your Surview Account

Once you have purchased one of our paid plans, you have the choice to renew, cancel, or delete your Surview account anytime. Just follow the procedures below or contact our sales team for assistance.

1. Auto or Manual Renewal

• Auto-renewal – subscribing to one of the paid plans, you have the choice to auto-renew where your payment is automatically by default renewed on your next payment due date, whereas to always stay having access to your paid plan features. To Activate or deactivate your auto renewal you may Check your billing details option in your account.
  • If Auto-renewal is Activated – your subscription will automatically by default be renewed by your next payment due date, whereas you will always continue to have access to your paid plan features.
  • If Auto-renewal is Deactivated – your subscription will not renew automatically on your next payment due date, however your account will auto downgrade to a free plan subscription, whereas you will not have access to the paid plan features anymore.
• Manual renewal – a subscriber always have the option to manually renew their plan, whereas if you constantly want to upgrade or downgrade your plans and change between your plans you have the option to pay/renew by yourself constantly.

2. Cancellation

   You have the option to cancel the auto-renewal option whenever you want, which means you will not be charged automatically on your next payment due date. Also if you pay by invoices, your next due invoice will not be issued.

3. Delayed payments

   In order to continue staying active on you paid plan subscription, you must completely pay before your next payment due date. If your payment is delayed, your plan will downgrade to a free plan subscription.

4. Next payment due date

   Some plans auto-renew on a yearly basis ( each 12 months on the same day). There is also a monthly payment plan. To know when your next payment due date:

   1. Log in to your Surview Account
   2. Click on the account icon on the upper right section
   3. Click on the billing details
