Progress bar lets respondents see how much they have completed the survey and how much they still need to complete.
For longer surveys, a progress bars are particularly useful where a respondent is more likely to be anxious about how much progress they have made in completing the survey. The main purpose of the progress bars is to remind the respondent about how much more time it may take to complete the survey.
To on or off the Progress Bar:
- Go to the Design Survey tab.
- Click Options.
- Select Progress Bar.
- Progress bar Settings will show up.
- Tick the next to the Show Progress Bar to display the progress bar to the survey.
- Display the progress bar either at the top or bottom of the survey page.
- Choose a format you would like to display. Either the percentage of pages that have been completed or the number of pages that have been finished.
- Click the Preview to view the changes made.
