The Net Promoter® Score (NPS) question allows you to evaluate your company’s performance. Your NPS represents the net percentage of your customers who are promoters of your company and brand.
Creating a Net Promoter Score Question
To add this question type:
- From the BUILDER section, click +Add button next to the Surview Promoter Scale question type.
- Hover over the question and click Edit.
- Modify the question as per your requirement.
Note: Usually an NPS question has same language [i.e. How likely is it that you would recommend this company to a friend or colleague?] - Configure any additional options and settings.
- Click Save.

Under the Options, Move and Copy tabs, you can make additional customization to your survey questions in the following ways:
- Options – require an answer to a question.
- Move – this setting allows you to move a question to your desired position.
- Copy – this setting allows you to make a copy of a certain question.
