My Templates section displays the list of survey templates that you have created. From the All Surveys Section, you can choose one or more surveys to be saved as templates. It means you can convert any existing surveys from your list to a template.

My Templates Section Menus:

1.  – dropdown menu for the number of entries to be shown. You may select from 10, 25, 50 and 100 number of items.
2.  – you can search for a specific survey on your list.
3. Column Titles:
   • Title – the name of your survey template.
   • Modified – shows the date of when the last changes have been made to your survey template.
   • Design – here you can design your template, edit questions, add logic and more.
   • Delete – you can choose to delete the template.

Note: You can use hundreds of survey templates with pre-made questions from Useful Templates Section.
