Downgrading your Surview Account to a Free Plan
If your payment gets a bit late, no worries! You will still have access to all of your surveys and results, and in your account. If you skip a payment within a couple of weeks or cancel auto-renewal and your account goes unpaid, your account will downgrade to a Free Plan. If you want to keep your paid plan active, always try to pay on your billing date on time.
Will my Surveys be still working or accessible?
Yes your surveys will still be accessible and will continue working, but be noted that a free plan has limited features. When your account has downgraded to a free plan, certain payable features continue to work in live surveys, but some may be restricted such as number of collectors available and filters in analyze stage.
If you create new surveys, you can only send them with the features available in a free plan. However, if you have used a paid features, you will be notified that you must upgrade to a paid plan in order to send your survey.
If you have downgraded to a free account, these are the restrictions:
- 15 Questions per Survey
- 130 Responses per Survey
- 3 Collectors per Survey
- Survey Analysis – Trended data & 1 filter only
- 13 Essential question types
