Use custom disqualification option to redirect your respondents to a specific page or link after choosing a particular answer that disqualifies them from your survey.
You can also customize the disqualification message which will appear to disqualified respondents. Respondents can be disqualified when the response quota meets or the survey has expired with a cutoff date and time or the collector has been closed.
Selecting a Custom Disqualification option
Respondents who are disqualified in your survey will see the option you choose below:
To add a custom disqualification option for a collector:
- Go to the Collect Responses tab.
- Select the collector you want to edit the custom disqualification option.
- Click Custom Disqualification.
- Select from the following options:
- On, send disqualified respondents to a custom disqualification URL – enter a disqualification URL.
- On, show a custom message to disqualified respondents – enter a disqualification Message.
- Off, show the standard message to disqualified respondents.
- Your changes will be saved automatically.
By default, Custom Disqualification option is off, if you wish to enable it, you have to edit the option for each collector if you have multiple collectors.
Viewing Disqualified Respondents
Disqualified responses can be viewed in Analyze Results section of your survey.
When viewing their individual response, they are tagged as DISQUALIFIED.
To filter only disqualified responses, filter by completeness and select Disqualify Responses.
