When you are ready to create a new survey, click on the button Create New Survey located on the page header of your account.
Choose if you want to create:
- A survey from scratch
- From a survey template which you had already created
- Or from an existing survey in the account
After clicking Create New Survey button, you will see the following screen.
Name the survey and you are ready to go!
Write the survey title in the given space and click Add Questions button to start designing your survey.
