Dual Language Interface (DLI) enables Surview to offer the end user a survey in 2 languages particularly and strictly for right now English and Arabic (or generally speaking one left-to-right language and one right-to-left).

Downgrading Your Surview Account to a Free Plan
When your account has downgraded to a free plan, certain payable features continue to work in live surveys, but some may be restricted such as number of collectors available and filters in analyze stage.
Upgrading an Existing Account
To upgrade your existing Surview account, you have to log in and choose a paid plan from our Subscription Plans & Pricing.
Choosing Your Preferred Language
To use Surview Account in your preferred language, change your language settings. You will also receive communications in the language you chose, such as welcome email and other account-related emails.
Email, Username & Password
In your Surview account, your email serves as your username. Make sure to enter the updated/active email address so you can always log-in to your account hassle-free.
