In your Surview account, your email serves as your username. Make sure to enter the updated/active email address so you can always log-in to your account hassle-free.
To use Surview Account in your preferred language, change your language settings. You will also receive communications in the language you chose, such as welcome email and other account-related emails.
To upgrade your existing Surview account, you have to log in and choose a paid plan from our Subscription Plans & Pricing.
When your account has downgraded to a free plan, certain payable features continue to work in live surveys, but some may be restricted such as number of collectors available and filters in analyze stage.
Once you have purchased one of our paid plans, you have the choice to renew, cancel, or delete your Surview account anytime. Just follow the procedures below or contact our sales team for assistance.
